This film portrays real stories of impossible love over the course of one summer. The characters are of different ages, religions, nationalities and backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: they have all decided to live out their love stories despite the obstacles. We do not know if these stories will have a happy ending or if they will get lost along the way. But all of them, whatever may happen and in spite of all the sorrows, will have been worth living, perhaps because the only thing that makes life worth living is holding your heart in your hands, pierced by a golden thorn.
